Dr Jean Miles is a highly experienced psychologist recognised for her warm, approachable style and dedication to delivering personalised, evidence-based care. She offers psychotherapeutic counselling alongside a comprehensive range of psychological assessments.
Jean provides a safe, welcoming space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. Jean provides psychological therapy for clients aged 13 and over, working across areas such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, parenting challenges, self-esteem, workplace stress and burnout, and neurodivergence. She also works with couples, supporting the rebuilding of emotional connection and the development of constructive, effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.

In addition, Jean offers a range of assessments for clients aged 7 years and older, including cognitive and educational assessments, ADHD assessments, vocational assessments, and pre-employment assessments.
